Discovery Meeting

We request that you gather key personnel for one longer than usual meeting. We document your current process and make recommendations for a workflow integration of print and fulfillment to your systems based on best practices. Feel free to change it. At the follow up, you will have a BRD (Business Requirement Document) agreed upon by both parties to be used as the foundation for implementation.

Intro to Key Internal and External Teams

With a BRD in place, Superior wants to meet your project management, IT team and any external CRM or Veeva teams necessary to make the project successful.

Project Implementation Plan

Now that the players know each other, the project plan documentation will assign duties, tasks and timeline for completion to reach our go-live objective.

Service Level Agreement (SLA)/ Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

The SLA will reflect your needs; you expect 95% of rep orders to ship same-day for items on the shelf and the remaining 5% the next day? No problem, rules are set by you and in writing. The SOP will tell us what procedures we use to get there. If there’s a label update and new PI, all orders are available within 48 hours of a new PI being available to ship.
